I am very pleased to report that I have found a location for my own 12,000 square foot sprawling school. Though The School For The Deaf remains virulently opposed to my takeover, the one letter edit to my phonetic first name makes it a perfect fit.

While many naming deals like this are made with local companies that cite civic pride, branding, and name recognition as primary benefits, I don't want to share this space with the previous tenants. I just want the building and the land for my own curriculum.
